Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered the Iris perfume and the scent is lovely, very natural and long-lasting. The packaging was nice too, and they included a free sample of body cream. I purchased the Argan Oil face cream and the Rose body wash recently. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I found what I needed easily. Shipping took 6 days to get to California, which was within the expected timeframe. Everything was well-packed, though one corner of the face cream box was slightly dented, nothing major, just cosmetic. The Argan Oil face cream itself feels luxurious and absorbs well without feeling greasy, and the rose scent of the body wash is subtle and not overpowering. I also received a small free sample of the Olive Oil hand cream, which was a pleasant surprise. Customer service wasn't needed this time, but overall, it was a smooth transaction. Happy with the product quality for sure, just wished the packaging was flawless.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from L'erbolario, and once again, they delivered. I got the Papavero Soave perfume and body cream this time, and the fragrance is just as beautiful and authentic as I remember from my previous purchase of the Danza di Fiori line. Shipping was quick enough, about 5 days to reach me in Texas, which is pretty standard. I appreciate that they always include those little samples too, it's a nice touch and a good way to try new scents. It's why I keep coming back, can always count on their products.
